What is Support Staff Training?

Support Staff Training equips volunteers with the skills and knowledge needed to maintain our church facility and support smooth, safe worship services. You'll learn everything from proper cleaning techniques to sound system basics, all while serving alongside a team that takes pride in creating an excellent worship environment.

Facilities Care Team

Church House & Grounds Maintenance

  • Deep cleaning and regular maintenance of sanctuary, fellowship areas, and restrooms
  • Grounds care including landscaping, parking lot maintenance, and exterior upkeep
  • Setting up and breaking down for special events and services
  • Minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring our church home reflects God's excellence

Service Operations Team

Behind-the-Scenes Service Support

  • Audio/visual equipment setup and basic troubleshooting
  • Lighting and temperature control for optimal worship environment
  • Safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Crowd management and seating coordination
  • Supply management and inventory for smooth operations
